Return Policy
Easy Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition purchased from MB Styles can be returned within 15 days of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping of the item back to MB Styles at your own expense. MB Styles Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Any item purchased on Promotions, Clearances, or Discount codes are not returnable.
Returns by mail:
Send us a return request to meredith@mb-styles.com. Please include your order details and reason for the return in the email. You will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please ship the item back to the following address:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your return within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
Exchange Policy:
Items purchased from MB Styles can be returned within 15 days of purchase if they are in unused and original condition. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to MB Styles, which is at your own expense. Additionally, please note that there is a $5 fee for shipping the exchanged item back to you. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange based on availability. If the requested item is not available, alternatives or store credit will be offered. Certain items may not be eligible for exchange. Contact our customer service for assistance.

Gift Card Returns:
Yes, you can return MB Styles items purchased using a gift card. For gift card returns, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value as the merchandise returned.
